Support
Help, and helping.
Broccolideck is made by one person and supported throughPatreon: it is where to ask for help, and where a pledge pays for the servers behind online play.
Getting help
Send a message on the Patreon page, whether or not you pledge. Say which app (Board Games I or Card Games I), which platform, and what you saw; the version is in the app's About dialog. Reports of chat lines sent from the app arrive the same way, with the line and the chat around it.
Many answers are in the documentation: card images and online play cover most questions.
Tiers
Playing locally and over the LAN is free, always, for everyone. Online play needs an account; how many games you can have going at once, and how many replays you can keep, follow your Patreon membership.

How the tiers work
- Sign in to the app with Patreon and your tier follows your membership: pledge, change or cancel on Patreon and the app sees it within moments. A Google account can be linked to the same Broccolideck account and sign in to it.
- A game counts while it has not ended; a match you are waiting for counts too. Finish or concede a game to free its place.
- Replays are the online games you choose to keep, up to your tier's number; the oldest makes room when you keep one more.
- Billing, refunds and cancelling are Patreon's: manage them on your Patreon membership page. Cancelling keeps your account and your games; only the tier changes.
Your account and data
Delete your account from the app's online pane at any time (Your account); the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long, and the terms of use the rest.
