Image server for the space dilemma game
The easy way first: turn on peer-to-peer sharing and the app fetches this game’s images from other players, verified against its catalog. An image server is for a collection of your own.
The setting
Section titled “The setting”Settings → the game’s section → Image server, or the general Image server with the
game’s images under <server>/stccg/.
Layout: a folder per set
Section titled “Layout: a folder per set”A card’s image is <server>/<set>/<card>.jpg, and the back is <server>/back.jpg:

<card> is the card’s title in lowercase, with every run of characters other than letters and
digits turned into one underscore and the ends trimmed, so I.K.S. K'Vort is i_k_s_k_vort.
A card is shown in the printing the deck names, else its first printing, else the remastered
premiere.
The catalogued images are 744 × 1040 JPEGs; any size works, as does PNG or WebP whatever the extension.
Making the files
Section titled “Making the files”The app’s repository has scripts/stccg/images.py, which cuts the premiere sets from the
archived print sheets and rescales the other sets’ scans into this layout; back.jpg is
supplied by hand. The rights to the scans are the publisher’s; the script only cuts.
The catalog
Section titled “The catalog”878 images: the four sets and the back.
